Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the establishment and organization of R&D projects; 

2. Responsible for the organization, data management and other related work of project research and development experiments;

3. Responsible for the implementation of the established R&D plan and the formulation of product identification, production transformation, and technical specifications; 

4. Responsible for the collection of technical information and R&D evaluation of the projects undertaken by the organization;

5. Responsible for the review of test data;

6. Responsible for the preparation of the new product process operation procedures and process documents developed by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology and related majors, master's degree or above;

2. With more than 1 year of experience in in vitro diagnostic reagent research and development, outstanding master's graduates can relax the conditions;

3. Familiar with basic theories and experimental techniques, able to independently design experimental plans to verify the problems encountered, and be able to independently undertake the research and development of in vitro diagnostic reagents;

4. Be able to independently conduct literature review, design experimental plan, complete experimental operation and result analysis, be proficient in operating common experimental analysis instruments, and be able to effectively find and solve problems encountered in the experimental process; CET-4 (including CET-4) or above , have good English reading ability, can read English literature proficiently;

5. Familiar with PCR and ELISA detection technology, familiar with antigen-antibody reaction principle, protein detection and protein purification technology;

6. Strong analytical skills, dedicated and practical, strong work initiative, easy to communicate, and have a sense of teamwork;
