Job Responsibilities

1. Establishment and implementation of the incubation service system: Investigate, analyze and excavate the needs of enterprises, institutions and talents, assist leaders to establish a platform service system and organize the implementation.

2. Establishment of profit model: assist leaders to expand and establish a profit model for incubation services, and establish a mechanism to ensure the sustainability of the model.

3. Medical device professional services: organize and coordinate internal and external resources to provide professional CRO and CDMO/CMO, clinical trials, product inspection, GMP system, compliance registration, CSO/marketing, and warehousing support for incubating medical device companies Wait for the service, follow up the service progress and results.

4. Industrial incubation services: Provide comprehensive industrial services such as financing, technology, counseling, management, consulting, market, policy, talent, and intermediary; provide incubation value-added services such as strategy, operation, resource docking, business planning, and financing.

5. Other matters assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

1. Gender is not limited, under 37 years old, full-time undergraduate degree or above, with working experience in industrial service incubation such as science and technology parks, accelerators, incubators, maker spaces, entrepreneurship and innovation platforms, or business operation management, angel investment, venture capital investment Post-management work experience, more than 5 years of work experience; the best background in medical device industry registration, research and development, production, sales, etc.;

2. Familiar with enterprise operation and management, able to provide professional consulting and technological services for enterprises;
